1. What the Guarantee Covers

• Fatal Gap Refund: If a certified auditor issues a major non‑conformity or “fatal gap” directly attributable to our documentation, we refund 100 % of what you paid and add €1 000.
• 30‑Day Peace‑of‑Mind Refund: Not feeling the vibe? Email us within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. No explanation required.

2. Eligibility Rules

1. You purchased the pack directly from operatorfoundry.com and can show the Stripe receipt.
2. You are the legal entity named on that receipt; the guarantee is not transferable.
3. For the Fatal Gap Refund you must provide the official audit report (PDF) highlighting the finding.
4. You request the refund within 14 days of receiving the audit report.

3. How to Claim

Email [email protected] with:

• Your company name and purchase email.
• Stripe payment reference #.
• (For Fatal Gap Refund) The red‑line page of the audit report.

We process refunds within 5 business days via the original payment method. The €1 000 compensation (if applicable) is wired separately via SEPA/ACH within 10 business days.

4. What Happens After a Refund

The licence granted in our Terms of Service terminates immediately. You must permanently delete all copies—local, cloud, Git, Slack uploads, everything. Think digital shredding in a supernova. Continued use of the material after refund is piracy and voids the guarantee for life.

5. Exclusions (The Fine Print)

• Findings caused by your own implementation failures (e.g., missing logs, no backup policy in practice) are not “fatal gaps” attributable to us.
• Changes you make that deviate materially from the templates void the Fatal Gap Refund.
• Mild or “minor” non‑conformities do not trigger the €1 000 compensation (but you can still use the satisfaction refund).
• Abuse: multiple refunds from the same legal entity or related parties may be refused.
